This used to be my go to Dunkin but they make so many mistakes with their coffee orders and take too long in their drive through. Especially when you ask for a different type of milk. During my most recent experience on Sunday morning, I asked for a hot oat milk latte with unsweetened coconut and they gave me someone else’s order with whole milk and sweetened French vanilla! On top of that it was luke warm. I will find a different location nearby.
Unfortunately, my experience at this place was very disappointing. Every single time I visit and ask to use the restroom, I get the same excuse: "The bathroom is out of order." It's clearly just a repeated lie to avoid letting customers use it. There's no way the bathroom has been broken for weeks—or even months. Respecting customers’ basic needs is a part of good service, and this place clearly fails in that regard. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
