Unfortunately, my experience with this Dunkin’ Donuts location was disappointing. When I called to inquire job openings the person I spoke with hung up on me in a rude manner. I believe customer service is cruel and staff should be trying to handle inquiries with respect I hope the company takes the steps to improve its customer service skills!

Please find staff who knows customer service. Dude at the register is so rude. If he doesn't want to work there bro just leave. Dunkin do better and don't hire people like this with no manners and education
Ordered online and the person at the register, a black African American. Completely rude, I asked for my order and he just threw the bag at me. Hire someone who actually wants to work and knows how to work. Dude's got to go if you want to maintain your regulars.
Service is always exceptional, I never have to wait in line and the employees are always so kind. Would strongly recommend going to this Dunkin over the one down the street on Belmont and Milwaukee.
