Employees do not know what they are selling. Very hard to communicate due to language barrier. Sunday morning 8am 2/16/2025 terrible experience at drive thru.

Last year I’d come here on my break, at that time the service and food/drinks were pretty decent! Unfortunately now, every element of this DD is horrible. I tried to give this location too many chances for redemption and it’s disappointing how each time the experience is unpleasant. I’ve tried the drive thru- wait time was inexcusable and the attitudes was distasteful. I’ve tried several different foods/beverages- either tasted burnt, cold of bland.
