Very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience. I initially planned to order through the drive-thru but decided to go inside to use the restroom first. Right away, I noticed the limited parking and had to park on the street and walk in. When I entered, I asked a barista if I could use the restroom, and she said yes, but then seemed to need confirmation from what appeared to be the manager. Charged me 20$ for a box of donuts that never arrived
It’s honestly disappointing that they don’t do the orders right. I feel like when you order online they take advantage and don’t do it right because we are gonna get points either way but it’s not right and I have given them a lot of chances but they still don’t do it right. For example, I always order decaf because I can’t have regular coffee but they still give regular coffee sometimes, and I have to give it to someone else.
