Ordered shakin espresso. I ordered at many different Dunkin and never had a problem. I come here and order same drink. The drink clearly don't have the two espresso shots and the drink is white (horchata) of how much oat milk is in it. When I have ordered this in the past through the app and they didn't have the espresso machine working they will let me know once I got there. They will not let you use the restroom, it does not matter if you are a customer. Their food ultra processed junk. If you have the time go over to Sputnik on 48th and Talman it has way better coffee, food, and pastries, and nice clean restrooms.
I love coming to this dunkin they are usually quick. Yesterday I went thru the drive thru and no one took my order. The worker was on FaceTime!!!
