Terrible experience at this Dunkin’. The staff didn’t even make my coffee properly, and on top of that, they were unbelievably rude. I don’t usually complain, but the attitude and lack of basic customer service were honestly unacceptable. Definitely not coming back until they learn how to treat customers and make a simple drink right.
He used my reward but did not give me my free coffee and also got rude.
The new staff seem to dislike their work... He wants to close early and now they serve warm coffee. What a terrible service, change staff, the previous gentleman was very nice 😡
