Extremely disappointing experience at the Dunkin Donuts on Lake Street around 1:15 PM. The employee at the drive-thru had a rude attitude from the start, ignored basic questions, and acted like serving customers was a problem. To make matters worse, my order was missing hash browns. I came inside immediately with the receipt and the bag I was given, but instead of correcting the mistake, she refused to help and insisted everything was done perfectly while blaming me.
