Will never go to this Dunkin AGAIN! A few people have stated that a woman that works here is very rude. Well it happened to me. My phone was dead so I put it to charge. One of the guys working was in the bathroom so when he came out he asked me if I was gonna order something cause he wasn't sure if I was waiting. Check what ever food product you purchase as soon as they hand tou the bag or box. Numerous times they have put day old borderline stale products in my bag at drive thru. I finally said enough and went back in insisting on another fritter or another product. The manager was argumentative. Terrible practice on her part
The employees at this location are very rude They don’t know what does customer service means
Very rude customer service. I was asked no less than 6 times if I was done ordering and they talked over me and was rude. There was no line and I was talking to my kiddos to get their order and they were impatient and rude. Got to the window they were even more rude. I let the lady taking my order be rude to me 3 times before snapping back at her. Worst experience at Dunkin Donuts ever. Hopefully Dunkin sees this and takes care of their situation. Lots of reviews here about crappy service.
The workers don't use gloves when touching the donuts and my hot chai latte had zero chai...it was just hot milk.
