Really tired of getting watery milk instead of iced coffee. They're not brewing it strong enough and/or adding way too much ice to the cup. I keep giving this place a chance, ordering with less cream to try and make it palatable but it's never improved, I wish I lived closer to a different location.

The afternoon employees (guys) are the most rude and unprofessional ever. Their attitude and vibe is really off plus they says they didn’t receive the online order but didn’t even try so see their screen to confirm it, I need to show them my phone, and I placed the order 10 min before I went to the store. This review is not because of this situation I have been there several times before and when that specific guy works is always something with him but his attitude never change.
