I’ve been coming here often for over a year. The manager is an absolute STAR. Always kind and energetic. Today, he was not there, and I witnessed the male employee on the line blatantly discriminating against a disabled person. The line was almost out the door and no one showed any urgency or care to get orders out. The same man who was being discriminatory said in earshot of all the customers “oof out of here in an hour,” shaking his head while a screen of 8 orders in red hung above him. This Dunkin is my choice I live by Berwyn but work in Humboldt Park area many years Jason and his staff is on point with the order how the coffee taste and food.👍
By far the best customer service and attitude I seen in Dunkin. Jason is such a great person, he makes sure your order is ready and super friendly. His attitude is transformative and transferred to his team.
