I’ve never been in when they’ve ever had appropriate staffing, it’s always so dang slow. Also not once have seen a manager/owner onsite helping out. Always a complete shitshow.
I ask this lady for a mongonada she gives me a medium I ask for my large she demands more I had to get the supervisor and open my phone to show herb several times that I was charged for a large. Smdh Because She did not want to admit she made a mistake
Literally currently in line at the store, 3 employees behind the counter, no one else in line and not a single employee cares. Insanely horribly managed, cannot believe these people get paid. Edit: NEVERMIND, THERES 4 PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER.
