My 12yo purchased a donut and sat down to eat but was told he could not sit and had to leave the store. Branch is not community/neighborhood friendly.
Just did an online order for a large iced caramel with whip macchiato I accidentally went to the wrong store and ended up going to where my order was placed due to me not thoroughly reading the room he was very short staffed as he was the only one working and backed up on orders I just realized how bad in behavior I was as I too was irate over my own mishap and I apologize I was simply asking to just redo the espresso shots as anyone in coffee or a barista knows that the shots once pulled has to be used immediately otherwise... read more
