I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin, particularly with the store manager. I felt that my concerns were not listened to or handled professionally, and I was very upset by the way I was treated. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my race, which made the experience especially concerning. I was charged twice and, despite that, the drinks I received were poorly made. I have been waiting there for more then 20 min just for a coffee and it was not that busy still no one come to help me. A person name Daniela got my order wrong and she was kinda off rude as well . Worst experiences

I went there for first time on my birthday and it was such a bad and worst experience ever I had and especially Daniela is very rude and not supportive not giving good customer service and i want to order something else but she is not responsive and making my whole day worst.I would prefer to be without meals or coffee but not going there.

I would like to report a very serious concern regarding the behavior and management style of Daniela, the manager at this Dunkin’ location. In my experience, Daniela has been extremely rude and disrespectful toward both customers and employees.
