Amazing Dunkin!! Was in town for a conference and stopped by 3 days in a row. Superb experience every time including the last day when Tianna helped with my mobile order. She was so kind and courteous, wow delicious sandwich and perfect coffee….. thank you!!!
Firstly, they were out of so many things. Secondly, the food I got did not taste right and was a bit undercooked. Would avoid if possible.
One of the Worst Dunkin’ Locations I’ve Ever Been To I spent a week in Chicago and, unfortunately, visited this location five times. Every visit was a disaster. Either the employees don’t care, or the owner is too greedy to enforce basic Dunkin’ standards. First Visit (Black Lady – Around 1 PM) As soon as I walked in, she yelled from the register: “All I have is hot coffee ‘cause I’m closing in an hour.” Since when does a fast-food place close an hour early?
