This place was so much appreciated during my stay at the Hyatt regency. You can reach it without going outside but going through the underground concourse from the hotel. Got my morning coffee and a banana for breakfast from here every day.

I came in on a Saturday morning. I was greeted. The place is clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. They had a large order but they were working efficiently. I ordered 2 six dollar meal deals. My food was fresh and hot. My coffee was spot on and the donuts are fresh. What else can you ask for? Love this Dunkin!
I'm not a coffee connoisseur. But as far as dunkin locations go this is definitely one of the best. And the lady who I usually see working there is very kind
