Terrible. One employee had to make 15 drinks before processing my order on a random Friday at 8:45 am. Dunkin needs to hire help for her.
Came here a few times -Customer service rate it a zero. They either have the face like they don’t want to be there or a face like they are mad. - I got breakfast a few time different food every time and each time made my stomach hurt. The only thing that didn’t was a bagel or a donut. - As for drinks it’s was either not made right or it had things floating in my drink looking like as if I had a 2 year old drinking from my drink. Amazing Dunkin!! Was in town for a conference and stopped by 3 days in a row. Superb experience every time including the last day when Tianna helped with my mobile order. She was so kind and courteous, wow delicious sandwich and perfect coffee….. thank you!!!
