I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Canal and Roosevelt. I walked in around 4:14, stood there for at least five minutes before my order was even taken, and did not leave until about 4:31 — after waiting roughly 17 minutes total for a simple order of toast. During that time, someone came in after me and their order was started before mine.
