Someone I was with went in for coffee and waited for approximately one to two minutes at the counter with no employee to help them with a coffee order. The employee then appeared from the back with one glove on ( a female.)The customer was wondering why no one was available for service,assuming the employee was prepping or something of that nature.but no! To the current owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts location: I am a regular customer who visits this store almost daily, and I feel compelled to speak up about the way I’ve repeatedly witnessed your employees being treated. It is clear that there is a consistent pattern of disrespect toward your staff, particularly the female employees, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I've been going to this store occasionally in the afternoons for many years. Lana is always there! She always remembers me and she always attends to me and to all the other customers. Food and coffee are always perfect. Thank you, Lana!
