The customer service at this location has been extremely disappointing. When attempting to place an order, I often feel rushed, and whenever I have questions, I’m met with a rude or unpleasant attitude. I’ve also experienced food being rushed and not prepared properly. Today was especially frustrating. I was trying to make sure my co-worker’s order was correct, and this was before any customers were even in the store. Staff very friendly and helpful. Store is clean
I've ordered the same exact thing atleast 35 times in a row. Mon thru Fiday for the past month and a half. Today I received only half what I ordered and when I called to let them know they told me I never ordered it 🙃. Welp here is another Dunkin which ill never visit again. I spent on average 30$ a day but not anymore! Do better! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND
Bagel and coffee are fantastic options
Seriously gone down hill dramatically. Picked up a mobile order which had an iced latte, I see a hot drink. They took 2-3 min to even turn around but eventually I got their attention and they happily remade it iced. I watch her scoop her whole hand into the always-open ice bin to grab some vague amount of ice using my cup as the scoop. She puts the cup as fast as possible from the milk dispenser, to the sweetener dispenser, to the pumps, then finally espresso.
