Terrible service. I went in and order at the kiosk as their signs direct. Just a simple order of 2 donuts. I watch multiple people walk in after me for mobile orders and place orders at counter. Drinks and bagels. Waited over 10 minutes before I had to go up and ask where my order was. It was what 2 monkey's do to a football
I am a regular customer at any dunkin near my house. I love the decaf coffee. What i don't appreciate is my donut being thrown at me and then given a bad attitude bc it was part of my order that you forgot. I ordered at the kiosk inside and patiently waited 15 minutes for my order and watched as people who came in after me received their order.
I ordered a medium signature pumpkin spice latte. Half the cup was just foam! On a positive note, the coffee itself was good.
