Service was great.
It’s 7:41 PM on a Wednesday and the door sign clearly states the store should be up and running. Instead the doors locked, myself and two other folks are wondering what’s going on as only one employee is working inside. Not gonna blame the team but if doors need to be closed earlier than expected then it’s managements job to communicate this to the public.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I placed a mobile order ahead of time expecting a quick pickup, but when I arrived, my order was nowhere to be found. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, it became apparent that my ticket had either been lost or overlooked. Unfortunately, no one seemed aware of the issue until I asked about it multiple times.
