I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I placed a mobile order ahead of time expecting a quick pickup, but when I arrived, my order was nowhere to be found. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, it became apparent that my ticket had either been lost or overlooked. Unfortunately, no one seemed aware of the issue until I asked about it multiple times. Very rude staff
I don’t understand this place. I went here 3x. First time I asked for small coffee. He gave me a medium and charged me for it. Okay whatever. Next time I asked for a small coffee, I got a small coffee. Third time I asked for a small coffee coolata, I got a medium vanilla coolata and was charged for it. I don’t care enough to argue I’m just not coming back lol
