These workers need some serious customer service skills. Every time I come here, all of the workers are extremely rude. I usually go through the drive-thru, and the guy is always short with me and just throws the food at me when it's ready. He doesn't say thank you, have a good day, or anything. I'm not expecting flowers with my order, but they all act like they hate everyone.

Before today they told me I have to show my barcode before my order. Now I have to show it after my order. Plus I had an offer for half a dozen donuts for $3 if I buy a drink. Apparently I don’t have enough points. The details doesn’t say anything about that.
Generally a good experience except this morning I ordered an medium iced coffee instead of a hot coffee. Considering I buy from there 2-3 per week I thought they would be kind enough to just say "we will exchange that coffee for you". When the girl at the window and manager both said No, I said thank you but I don't want the iced coffee. A simple yes would have been nice. Instead, I drove to McDonald's.
