The service here is the worst ever!!! They refuse to correct issues. Go elsewhere.
I have been to this location twice- both times to order a matcha latte & both times right before work when I was running late. The first time around, I ordered a hot drink but was given an iced drink, second time which was today; I got a drink that tasted funky- something was off about it- probably a rotten ingredient. Needless to say, terrible experience with this location both times
This Dunkin is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever been to in my 28 years in Chicago. Their entire staff is rude and so out of it you wonder if they’re ripping a bong in between customers. The store smells and is dirty, they’re always out of everything, and every single time without fail they forget at least one of my items or drink customizations.
