This dunkin has absolutely gone downhill. Every single time I go here and have used points for a free coffee they make it nasty, it's like they purposely do it knowing I got it for free. And then when I do pay for it they still don't make it right and lately the cold brew quality has been nasty and creamer/flavors taste spoiled. I will drive 18 minutes across town just to go to the good one. Also I'm assuming the lady that I see everyday here is the manager and has a bad attitude with dirty looks every single time. I’m done with this location. The quality of everything has been very poor. From thin, runny frosting on the donuts to sour tasting coffee drinks. Today I ordered a Carmel macchiato and this is the third time I’ve received my drink with a load of coffee grounds dumped in the bottom. Nothing like taking that first drink and getting a mouthful of grit.

We ordered $70+ worth of donuts and 3 bagels. The they gave us the wrong bagles, and they where cold and hard. And the donuts.... They where the specialty valentines ones cost like 2.50 per donut. First off they charged for all specialty but only 5 of them where and the rest where random. They where all hard also and the frosting ontop there was about a nickel in diameter of frosting and it was very thin. Also the filling there was about 1/4 tsp of filling and the rest was hollow.
