I’ve been here 3 times and the 3 times my order has been wrong! They take forever to make an order and the customer service is poor. Who owns this location?
I’m usually a very understanding person, but my experience today was frustrating. I was the only customer waiting inside while most of the attention was on the drive-thru. I ordered a bacon avocado toast, but it came out without the bacon. When I politely mentioned it, the employee you could tell she was frustrated, and when my food was returned, the bacon added on top was burnt. I understand that rush hour can be busy, but customers ordering inside should still receive the same attention and correct orders.
