I ordered a coffee in the store, and the coffee was placed it on the mobile pickup tray. I asked an employee if there could have been a mistake, if the mobile tray was used for All orders, and was told it was just for mobile orders, so I didn't plan to touch a stranger's coffee. When it had sat there for too long, I was told it was mine buy a different employee. When I told them how their system had failed, I got only a rude and non-apologetic response. Great excuse to just make my coffee at home, who's got time for this?
So I came into this location of DD yesterday morning for a few muffins and wanted to use my Apple Pay. I’ve only used Apple Pay once so I was confused. Well Miss Addison who was my CSR asked for my cell phone and made the payment on my phone for me then showed me how to do it next time!!! Above and out of her way she went!!! That’s customer service and I think she gets an A+++++!!! She needs a serve and u pray she gets one soon. Thanks
Great service. Stopped there while traveling four times this year. Coffee and donuts were always excellent.
Walked in and purchased my meal electronically on the screen. Bagels 🥯 came back burnt all around the rim , which I don’t have no idea when there is enough staff to watch the food being prepared around them. Coffee ☕️ wasn’t prepared correctly as well. Will not be returning to this location again.
Horrible horrible experience today. Came thru the drive thru where I was rushed at the window with a girl who had the worst attitude and was like uh just let me know when you’re ready. I was trying to figure out what everyone wanted you know. Then we get to the window. The first drink is wrong missing cold foam all the girls in there had the worst sour attitude and customer service I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in fast food before.
