Ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Pretty basic order. What I got was a cold bagel slapped with some cream cheese and shoved into a bag so carelessly it shifted inside the bag and I now I just have a cold bagel inside a bag covered with cream cheese. I understand things can get hectic when busy but this was made by someone who simply doesn't care about your paying customer.
Fast and good. Just wish our bagels were toasted. We did not eat inside. Did not catch right away. Not end of the world. They were hustling.
I went here in desperate need for coffee. I had a long drive ahead of me home. When I ordered i waited for over 5 minutes for coffee that sat on the side after it was made. A woman behind me was able to get her order of two coffees without delay. I was not a happy camper here..
