This location is just okay. I do not like the oddly shaped parking lot and drive through access. It did take a little while to receive my items and they apparently close earlier than the other location now. Not sure what is the cause of that. The atmosphere isn’t too welcoming but it’s just a get it and go type thing.
Hailey is absolutely amazing at the window! She is the person that I would want to see at 5am before work. She always has a smile on her face, tells me to have a great day. Yesterday when I went, she told me to be safe with the snow coming.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment. My coffee was burnt, and my order was incorrect. Additionally, the staff member I interacted with was not very accommodating. As a longtime Dunkin' customer, I've enjoyed their coffee for many years, but this particular location did not meet my expectations. I believe it may be beneficial for the management to review staff training and quality control to ensure better service in the future.
