Staff is so rude. If they don’t like their job they should just quit, no one forces anyone to work where they don’t want to. Management doesn’t seem to care either.
I went in with my family today and I ordered 2 $5 dollar meal deals. We got the coffee first and one coffee was wrong it was supposed to have 3 caramel in it but had no sweetener. I went up to the counter to ask them to fix it and put 3 caramel pumps in. The lady was rude to me and at first ignored me and told me I was wrong when the cashier heard me wrong. Every time I come here, I am met with a disrespectful, rude worker. When I order something off the menu, they always seem so bothered to do their job. Today was my last straw after countless times. I came to the drive thru with my sister and we ordered LARGE beverages. We received mediums, and immediately sent them back. The mediums looked well made with proper serving sizes of each product, yet when we received our larges, they were incredibly diluted and the cups are over 75% filled with ice.
