It’s closed 5pm! I asked the lady thru the drive thru why are you closed ? told me that she was the only employee working but when I looked thru the window I saw two ladies working. They will not open for another hour. I saw at least 4 people wait at the door. And cars leaving. It’s awful that one of the biggest coffee provider don’t have employees to work at one of your busiest stores.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The employees are so incredibly rude. They sigh and roll their eyes as if customers can’t see them. Same horrible employees and attitude as the past few years. Disappointed to see the decline
