Horrible service! Went in today to get two ice coffees and they gave me hot coffees instead. They are not paying attention on their orders. The employees are always talking instead of working on orders. They told me they would correct my order and they messed them up again! Gave me a caramel ice coffee and another hot coffees instead. This location needs to be revised. staff is always walking around doing nothing while long lines and waiting for anything and your order finally comes out it's not best quality and to top it off the inside is never kept clean idk why they are well staffed chatting but not working
