My go-to Dunkin! This Dunkin’ starts my mornings right every time. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and on point with my order. I come so often they know me by name - love that personal touch!!!
Terrible customer service. I ordered a cup of midnight Dunkin coffee via drive thru. One sip and I realized I didn’t get what I ordered. I returned. Asked for the right order- STILL didn’t receive what I ordered. My server the second time around - slender white girl 5’4” with very unpleasant demeanor.
Their toasting machine is turned up too high. Bagels and similar items are ALWAYS burned. Otherwise good.
$15 order, they forgot the sauce on a sandwich, gave both wrong donuts, forgot my kids orange juice and gave me the grossest tasting cold brew I’ve ever had. Goodbye Dunkin, I used to like you…
