Keeping in mind I'm a regular customer, I had the worst experience ever today with the manager, she is so rude with the worst attitude instead of fixing the issue she made me pay for the order again stating "your online order is wrong, and I cant fix it because I already made the coffee" "if you want your food come around and pay for it". worst Dunkin in the area, save your money and go somewhere else.

Seveal times in the last month we have gone at 5:30 am only to be greeted by an empty store, or like today "we won't open until 6". Why have posted hours????
