Out of all the Dunkin donuts in this area this is my favorite, I pass 2 other ones on my way to this location it's always clean, service is great and they have the best sweet tea. Today Rebecca was out server and was very nice, and let me know that you have lemonade which I love with my tea. I'll definitely keep passing the other 2 to continue to come to this location.
Horrible service. Staff is rude and my mobile order is never ready and/or even there and I still get charged for nothing.
Oy! Where to begin. I hope the good folks in Canton, MA are scrutinizing reviews. Your drive through staff needs retraining. The order has been wrong on so many occasions. Secondarily - points need scanning. I suggest you send these employees to the Stuart location which has an impressive staff. I was charged for products I didn’t receive.
Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes. No one took my order or responded. They do not care
