They have their times listed as 4:30am to 6 and when i went in to pick up my order around 5 they were closed after i filed a complaint the owner or manager reached out to me talking about “you probably complained about the wrong place” when their own worker told me they were closed after i called… they didn’t even follow back after nor did they issue my refund. there’s better locations on roosevelt or canal this place is just bs
Early morning workers move like they're still sleep. Forgot my order. First person in but damn near the last person out and all I ordered was a coffee and a croissant.
The Dunkin at 1519 W Madison in Chicago ranks the worst in terms of customer friendly service and professionalism. I recently went to this location to get some coffee and was told we didn’t make any decaf - and never offered to make any. Also on a previous recent visit to the same location - the same male worker had the cleaning bucket and mops barricading the door at 5:35pm and the door was locked! The store sign said open until 6pm. So I knocked on the door and I said aren’t you open until 6pm - which the male worker yelle... read more
I went in for an iced coffee, and the person in front of me and I were made to wait quite a while to order. Finally, when the person in front of me was asked about their order, the server offered a donut for waiting. I thought she would offer me a donut too for the wait, but she didn't offer me anything, and they still made me wait another 10 minutes for my iced coffee and avocado toast. She completely ignored my time.
