This Dunkin’ location has the absolute worst management. The manager Ashley I believe her name was, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when handling a basic issue. Instead of resolving the problem, they escalated it with an aggressive attitude and zero regard for customer service. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.
Missed items. Cold food. Drive-thru is nearly an off roading event.
I've been coming to Dunkin Donuts for many years& always receive excellent service!! The Mgr. is AWESOME and ALWAY'S keeps the place looking sharp!! Extremely friendly & attentive staff!
Don’t expect to hear yourself think. The children running the place have the noise turned up loud. Have to be happy that after an hour or so of us trying to get work done they finally cleaned the garbage the last customers left off the table next to us. However he sprayed everything including my husband’s donut with the windex. Thanks for the sore throat!
Service was okay. Drinks had to be remade— were half cold foam & not full. Ciao, we’ll not be coming back!
