I do not go to dunkin' donuts a lot. But with that said I went there to get my wife an iced coffee I got off work early. While I was there I was treated very nicely but a young lady helped me get my wife's iced coffee I don't know much about. I asked her some questions she gave me a lot of answers and I got an iced coffee myself which I will get another one it was really good. Wonderful experience with staff. The young man and young woman working were patient and polite. I'd return just for their service and the donuts were fresh and tasty.
How are is it to follow directions. I visit a dunkin 2 to 3 times a day. Always using the app. On the app you can order cream cheese on the bagel or on the side. Since i am driving i always order it on the bagel. This time i order strawberry cream cheese on the bagel. They hand me a bagel with the cream cheese on the side. I asked them to correct it. They said no its the store policy. So now a store is deciding what they can do over a companies policy. Saying no is not acceptible. Do not visit this location. Who knows what o... read more
Love this location ! The workers work hard and they always greet me when I walk in. The atmosphere is lovely . I always see smiles and hear laughs . Even though they are always busy I never have a problem ! Give these guys a raise !
