Never fails something is always wrong no matter what I order. Tired of the lack of accountability and the lack of customer service to make it right. Go ANYWHERE but here.
Ordered a coffee through the drive-through then went and had it remade still looked like a cup of cream. Had to wait to get my change back then they gave me the wrong amount back. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get the right amount the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever I will never go back to that one again
Don't waste your time or money here. You'll be happier. I was the only car in the drive thru, no cars at the front of the store, no delivery from a semi happening but they still couldn't provide any sort of service. The guy who eventually took my order didn't put it in the system. When I got to the window, the girl there just looked at me, not saying a thing.
