The workers are very rude, I walked in the fix my sandwich because they gave me bacon instead of sausage. After waiting a few minutes with no help I ask the worker that was there just on her phone for help. She came to the register finally and I told her my issue. She then took my sandwich to the back and the person I assume was the manager came back with my sandwich and an attitude and refused to fix the order. Since when do have to pay for light ice!? Clearly Dunkin is getting over knowing that the ice coffee is not even half of coffee and more ice than anything I will not patronize them anymore they don’t respect the customers at all
one of the best dunkin’s i’ve ever been to, my coffee and food were great and the workers while i was there at 11 am were very fast and hard working !
