I had a terrible experience here today Friday May 08 there is a rude Indian lady in drive-through who took forever to take my order looks like she was upset no one way helping her their was another female and male by the window not doing anything with no headsets on just looking at me not once they can to ask if i needed anything. Overall this was the worse Dunkin i had came to never coming here again.

From 6am to 6pm the service is great along with order being just right! I visit this establishment multiple times of day due to fact I work across the street at CTA. But the only overnight employee is absolutely disgusting & rude. She doesn’t properly talk to people when there is an issue with an order. She becomes irate, aggressive & plain out rude. She also intentionally mess your order if you become someone she is not fond of like me. I told her she was out of line when she told me I didn’t have any money why come there. ... read more

I've ordered from there 2 times thru door dash and obviously the staff of Duncan donuts can't read!!! Each time they have sent the wrong order on top of the what they sent was dried out!!! Disgusting. Don't go there!!!
