Worst Dunkin ever. After placing an order you have to wait a minimum of 15 mins in a parking spot for your drinks. Every time
I entered the Dunkin’ Donuts on 3/5 at around 4:00 PM to place a preorder for donuts for my class the next day. When I walked in, there were already three other people standing in the lobby waiting, and none of us were greeted or acknowledged by anyone working. I could see that the staff were attending to the drive-thru, so at first I tried to be patient and assumed someone would acknowledge us shortly. Sharing on both accounts because my experience was so horrendous with Marielis and it seems other people have a similar experience at this location! The employees here are rude and laughed and cursed at my 14 year old daughter! Worst Dunkin ever!! To management if I had employees like this working for me I would fire them all!!! Cancelled our order and will never go back!!
Staff is amazing and quick with customer service! 🤩 Bathrooms are spotless, and the eating area is always clean with wiped-down tables. ✨ Smiles and ready to take your order as soon as you walk through the doors. 😊 This is one of my favorite locations; the staff knows my coffee order perfectly! ☕ I love the service and hospitality! ❤️ #Staff #Service #Cleanliness #Smiles #Coffee #Hospitality
