EDIT 3 YEARS LATER 4 YEARS LATER I DON'T EVEN KNOW IT'S NOW 2025 I PLACED A MOBILE ORDER AND WALKED IN. THE KID WORKING THE REGISTER HAD ALREADY PUT MY APPLE FRITTER IN A BAG. THE MOBILE RECEIPTS ARE JUST SITTING ON THE THING WHEN THE OWNER COMES OUT AND SHE LOOKS AT HIM AND SAYS CAN YOU MAKE THIS. IF ANYONE EVER HAS ISSUES AT THIS STORE IT'S BECAUSE OF THE OWNER. They knew their espresso machine didn’t work but never told customers when they walked in and ordered on the mobile screen. They told me they couldn’t make it AFTER I paid and told me to wait for all the other customers to order/make their drinks before offering me an alternative. Refused to give me a refund when I didn’t want any alternative. Waste of money and time.
You can order your food or drinks from a kiosks if you don't want to order from the cashier I think that's a good option for people
