I love Dunkin’ coffee, but the service at this location was really slow. Only one person was working behind the counter, and even with just two people ahead of me, I waited over 10 minutes. The area around the store didn’t feel very safe, with a noticeable presence of homelessness. Disappointing experience overall.
Always a quick and easy option for a snack, drink, or coffee on the go. This location is small with a limited seating area. Its location near the train station is amazing and makes ordering a pickup order very easy when on the way to work or wherever. The staff is always nice, not overly kind, but nice and will answer questions without hassle. They work fast!
Really bad service!
EDIT 3 YEARS LATER 4 YEARS LATER I DON'T EVEN KNOW IT'S NOW 2025 I PLACED A MOBILE ORDER AND WALKED IN. THE KID WORKING THE REGISTER HAD ALREADY PUT MY APPLE FRITTER IN A BAG. THE MOBILE RECEIPTS ARE JUST SITTING ON THE THING WHEN THE OWNER COMES OUT AND SHE LOOKS AT HIM AND SAYS CAN YOU MAKE THIS. IF ANYONE EVER HAS ISSUES AT THIS STORE IT'S BECAUSE OF THE OWNER.
