This Dunkin is garbage. The employees were so inconsiderate and just all around nasty all because my wife and I ordered ICED coffees, and by time we got them, they wanna say, 'THERE'S NO ICE.' They ran out of ice... And told us after the fact we had already paid. An older lady working there had the audacity to say, 'well it's still cold, it just doesn't have ice.' NO. Not how this works. I go here because it’s on my way to my job every time I come here the drive thru is 5 -10+ minutes just for 2 items. Today, I waited 10+ minutes for a small coffee and a turkey sausage wrap. And when I finally got my order my coffee was practically white from too much cream and ice was basically melted. I asked if they can remake it and with extra ice then I drive off bc I already waited practically 15 minutes. I try my coffee and it’s horrible! And they got my food order wrong. The manger and staff need to get it together.
Literally just left. Doors locked at 6:40 but hours say they’re open till 10pm? Younger girls always have attitude. This spot is closer to where I live but I rather take the extra drive to the Dunkin on 28th. Been living around this area for 5yrs and always the same crap at this location smh
