I had a terrible experience at Dunkin'. The employees were extremely rude and did a horrible job handling customers. They were making immature gestures, rolling their eyes, and acting like they didn’t even want to be there. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, I never even received my food, and when I asked about it, nobody helped me with a solution or offered a refund. I ended up leaving without my order or my money back.
