Asking for tips when you pay by card. Service is much worse after selecting no tip.
A few girls in there are really nice. The donuts are garbage lately. They’ve been really stale. Coffee’s decent but honestly you can get better elsewhere especially when half of the reason for coming here is the donut which like I said….
Simple order one ice coffee, one cream, two sweeteners…. Employees tripping over each other. Instructed to pull up then told to back up with 6 cars behind me by what I assumed to be a manager - left after waiting 5 minutes. Won’t go back to this location!

I drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin since I moved because I’ve always loved their customer service and consistency with their drinks; however, after my recent visit yesterday 3/30/2026 I will not be coming back. My two friends and I stopped by to get 3 iced coffees and 1 hot food item through the drive-thru around 6:15pm. As I’m ordering and I let the cashier know I’m adding one last drink, she cuts me off to tell me they close in 45 minutes… okay?
