Most people get coffee here. I just wanted my favorite Dunkin Donut…the butternut. Don’t carry it. Coconut? Nah!!! Just a bunch of glazed crap no one wants.
Great customer service.
This is the third time I have been given dairy after saying I have an allergy. This time I also stopped at the window because the coffee looked light and clarified twice saying “this does not have dairy, correct?” And “definitely no dairy?” Both times I was told yes no dairy with an explanation as to why the coffee looks lighter. I got home and noticed “French vanilla swirl” on the cup.. dairy… this is so incredibly dangerous and to outright lie to someone about the contents of food regarding an allergy is a big issue. The young lady working the drive thru was super nice, but the service was EXTREMELY slow! For 2 drinks and a donut we waited 20 minutes. Not sure what the problem was, but I’ll never go to this location again.
