Food(donuts) are ok but we typically go there for the coffee which is excellent albeit a little pricey.
I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts location where Shelby, Georgia, and Summer work, and I must say, my experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. Shelby was particularly attentive and ensured that my order was taken promptly. This is the 2nd time the drive through has messed up our order. 1st time my wife caught the mistake so we had to drive around again. Today I ordered 1 coffee w/2 creams-it tasted like they gave me 7 creams so threw it out. They were out of coffee rolls so ordered 4 other donuts, only received 3. And they aren't even made fresh! usually cold. If my wife was with me, she would have made me go back. 3rd try will be the strike out and a lost customer. You need qualify staffing with proper training, and re-training.
Quality and customer service has definitely improved at this location from previous years. 90% of employees are great. But wanted to give Ivy (sp?) acknowledgement for her efforts. She has a positive attitude and always says ‘have a great day’ even if from across the store. Great team all around!!
