The cashier came and yelled at me because I was using napkins to clean the filthy table She then grabbed the napkins, threw down 3 for me,, and PUT THEM BACK FOR CUSTOMERS. (I had touched all of them, gross!) Once I got my order,, she watched me as I grabbed a few napkins and YELLED AT ME AGAIN, PUBLICLY!) I stayed calm speaking with the other cashier whom apologized for her Co-worker) ZERO STARS
Walking into this Dunkin makes you not know what to expect. The floor has coffee all over it and the place is dirty as can be. The only reason I am writing this review is because much to my surprise the man who made my hot latte did an exceptional job. Not only was it foamy at the top (which never happens at Dunkin) but it was ACTUALLY HOT (which also rarely happens at Dunkin). This went above and beyond my expectations.
