The man who works here is very rude and always very angry. I hate this business.
I walked in asking what they add in their drink and then told them i wanted the regular drink. they made my drink wrong and i corrected them and the short Indian guy stared yelling at me saying its a waste of money and that he can’t fix it. in the end he said he doesn't want me coming back just because I said they made my drink wrong. He yelled at me to not step foot into his store again. He was being racist and very passively aggressive. disgusting behavior. They are so rude I ask about Oder and they ignore me and tell me just wait they don’t know about time and 1 more guy tell me about them he said they always do that
The woman who takes orders gave me attitude. First, her English is so bad, and she couldn’t take order correctly, and then I tried to clarify the order with her, and she looked at me with angry eyes. At the end, she messed up my order, and she was angry with me. I don’t know what kind of customer service they are offering. It’s the worst experience I have had with any Dunkin'’ donut. I think they shouldn’t offer them a franchise as this store ruins their reputation.
Absolutely disgusting restroom, faucet does not work properly, poor lighting, filthy bathroom. For a food establishment there needs to be better accountability about the state of this restroom. Will not revisit, if the bathroom looks like this I am concerned about what the kitchen safety standards are.
