This Dunkin does not carry Multigrain bagels since 2024… like why??? Every other one does. Weak.
I normally don't make posts like this, but what I witnessed at Dunkin today was completely unacceptable. While I was there, I watched a male employee with black hair and a beard openly argue with and talk back to someone I would assume was the manager. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. He became extremely ignorant and confrontational, and some of the things he said were absolutely disgusting and completely inappropriate to be saying in a workplace—especially right in front of customers. Absolutely terrible experience whatsoever. Customer service was terribly executed. I just simply asked the guy to warm up my food an extra amount of time he took it out and tried to serve it to me after previously asking nicely, then proceeds to Slam the oven door shut with an extreme attitude. I didn’t ask for their names to they proceeded to tell me, Fake names that I could tell they were fake Because they lack identification, badges, terrible, terrible, terrible service would never go back again

Agree with others service is absolute garbage. Most uncleanly and unkept staff I’ve ever seen. Not to mention they’re rude and the slowest location I’ve ever been to. The owner also has no idea what she’s doing. This location is a lost cause Dunkin should just close
