Like I asked for vanilla swirl and cream and 2 sugars. No vanilla swirl no cream. Last time at this location. They can not ever get a basic drink right I literally had to dump my coffee it was nasty. And they price drink higher then any other DD. STAY AWAY
It doesn’t take rocket science to understand if I ask for oat milk, that’s means oat milk , not oat milk AND whole milk . Literally for the last year I’ve been correcting them on that. And now when I ask them to remake it because it tastes like milk with no flavor or coffee … and they just put cold foam on top and give it back . I keep telling myself to stop coming here but it’s in my way to work… but I waste my money every single time . They even confirm your order just to do the complete opposite
I wanted coffee and got some, this is the only positive part of the review. Now the experience: Legally in NJ you are required to have access to a public bathroom. I was denied, and was told that they lost the key. The worker also stated that they needed to use the bathroom but also did not have access to the bathroom(s). LEGALLY THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATIONAL IF EMPLOYEES ARE UNABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, NOR SHOULD YOU
