Someone mature and senior needs to run this place. These are some kids who are doing their kids stuff - chatting not caring about customers. They are not making anything properly. Never going back there again. Absolute waste of time.
Horrible! They have a problem with the word "latte". If you show up to this Dunkin and ask for a hot latte, you will either get a regular coffee (3×), an ice latte (1×), or the machine will be broken (4x). It is amazing how they had a grand reopening, but continue with horrible service. Last time!
the absolute slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Even the staff talks in slow motion. The ice tea tastes like it’s been sitting in the same container over night. They messed up my order and were confused while I was trying to explain what was wrong. Never again. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to be 20 minutes late to wherever you’re trying to be at.
