I ordered an ice coffee and it was bitter , I told them politely if they can add a bit more creamer and cane sugar and as soon as I pulled up to the window I heard one of the employees (not sure if she was the manager or just an employee) say out loud “ I DONT CARE IF YOU PAID FOR ORDER , THROW IT AWAY !!” I had my daughter with me and that was very rude and unprofessional . I have received freshly made chocolate dounuts at this location once, every other time they've been cold and stale. Gross. Why is Dunkin' so bad at their job?
Today I went to this Dunkin and was treated very rudely by the manager. I have been ordering my Refresher with regular water, something I've been doing for years and the manager informed me I couldn't do that..AFTER I'VE BEEN DOING IT FOR YEARS. She continued to be very rude, I told her I wouldn't be back to this Dunkin and she said she didn't care.
This is a Dunkin’ Donuts on Baskin Robbins located in Quiet strip mall near jet’s Pizza. There’s a drive-through as well. Plenty of parking so they’ll be no issues. The staff is very friendly and they’re seating for probably about 30 people inside. Typical Dunkin’ Donuts location.
