Just wanted to offer a friendly tip to help with your low reviews. The cup not being filled all the way to the top with coffee by the size of the cup. Does make it difference to customers on who they pick for their coffee pick me up. I haven’t drank mine and that’s how much space is empty in the cup for the large size.
All baristas make good coffees, but the night shift always hits. I always order the same thing, and is always good. I prefer to go to this location every time
I ordered an ice coffee and it was bitter , I told them politely if they can add a bit more creamer and cane sugar and as soon as I pulled up to the window I heard one of the employees (not sure if she was the manager or just an employee) say out loud “ I DONT CARE IF YOU PAID FOR ORDER , THROW IT AWAY !!” I had my daughter with me and that was very rude and unprofessional .
