Usually when I come it’s during the evening and I never had a bad experience with the workers, it’s usually a young Hispanic girl and a Blonde man. But last week Thursday 11/20 I changed my routine & went during the morning. I had the worst experience and had the rudest interaction with the “manager” apparently her name is Brenda but I asked the store next door and they commented that her actual name is Nancy. Brenda has a horrible attitude! Talk to people in a disrespectful manner! Because of her pride and attitude didn’t want to serve me! Please get rid of her or have her change her attitude! There another lady there that have an attitude too just don’t remember her name.
Went in an got some powdered donuts and was treated respectfully and had a server with the best attitude. Alice should be promoted for sure.
My uncle passed away two days ago and he drank a half hot chocolate half coffee while on the phone with me my sister paid for both a medium hot chocolate and small hot coffee and put it in a XL cup which as someone CURRENTLY WORKS at Dunkin and almost everyone in my family has worked at Dunkin to constantly tell people that they can’t have a drink because you don’t feel like making it is ridiculous and to whisper about a customer in front of them is SICKENING you DO NOT know what any one human is going through and to be so p... read more
