This location always very friendly they know my order before I can say it , Ive been coming everyday but today the oven was down. I came back a second time 1 hour later . It was still down . Owners need to do something about that . This is already a bad location for a Dunkin to be in so at least make sure everything is up and running frequently. Today I seen customers mad at your employees for things that are not their fault.

I come here almost every morning and my order is always the same and it’s usually the same girl. That same girl she has some colorful tattoo on her arm and she has a really nasty attitude every time I call her out for making my order wrong she makes a really rude and nasty face to me. It’s the same thing almost every day how hard is it to mess it up. Choose a different dunkin donut location. I am just coming out of this location on Thursday, July 30 @ 1130 am. I got a burnt bagel on my first order return to get it changed and still got it burnt and was told to come next day if I want to talk to the manager about it. This just means they don't care and knows the manager of the location won't do anything about it. Just don't go there. They don't deserve the love of dunkin faithful. Very disappointed.
