This remains one of the worst most mismanaged Dunkin's in the area. I have no idea why they can't keep employees but there are always new people working here. Every now and again they'll be a great employee that knows what they're doing but inevitably within a month or two they'll be gone. They are regularly understaffed and have to lock the restaurant doors which means using the app to order ahead is questionable unless you like sitting in line for 20 min to go through the drive through. The absolute SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been to throughout the U.S.
Visiting from Boston, close to where DD originated (and where there’s one practically every other block), and the food at this location was so surprisingly good that I had to write this review. The glazed donut and sausage wake-up wrap both tasted really fresh, which I’ve never experienced at a DD before—the locals I was with agreed, too. We ordered in-store around 9 AM on a Tuesday and our iced coffee and less-sugar iced shaken espresso were prepared quickly.
