Sat at the drive thru for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order and no one did so I drove off. Only one other person was in line ahead of me and parking lot nearly empty.
I've ordered from Dunkin' Donuts through DoorDash four times now, and almost every single time, my order is wrong! It’s incredibly frustrating to expect one thing and get something completely different. Missing items, incorrect drinks—this has been a huge letdown. It’s unacceptable! I love Dunkin' but this needs to change. I hope they can fix their order accuracy soon!"
