Do not attempt to Order anything sugar free, like a sugar free iced vanilla latte, they will put the regular pump. They simply didn’t care after I mentioned it twice at the drive thru to make sure they put the sugar free, then when I called to speak to the manager she simply disregarded the complaint. By looking at the previous reviews, seems like this is the norm to them. Dunkin’ Donuts has gone down in customer service. Starbucks here I come.
Horrible service. Hire people who know how to talk to others
Every-time i visit this place there was no line at all. The service was fast and staff were friendly. Absolutely love the Dunkalatte, yum♥️♥️♥️
Today i went there and there was black girl working there she is so toxic so mean she never understand my order all of the branches understands it but in this one they doesn’t even understand my order and they said get out of here i was so nice with her but she was so mean i think she’s new cz before her the staff was so friendly. She’s making this branch bad
Very bad service I scanned my reward but still they charged me she was so mean she was like just go everytime i went there she act so mean like she doesn’t even understand my order all the time and she always said tha im wrong i ordered same like in other branches and they do understand my order but in this branch they don’t even understand my order their service is -1/10
