Employees seem lackadaisical. Unwelcoming and move with no sense of urgency or purpose. One employee finished her conversation with her coworker, and then just looked at me when she was done and I had to greet her with a good morning, how you doing? Didn’t get a response back. Either employees need customer service training or hire new employees with better attitudes.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. This place is extremely unprofessional. made an online order without realizing it was a marine base which i couldn’t get through, i’m not from here. I had called to ask for a refund and the girl on the phone denied it to me. i asked if there’s any way they can help so i can get my order and the girl proceeded to tell me the app could refund it to me but i had walked her through the app and telling her i don’t see that option. at this point i was annoyed cause she wasn’t helping.... read more
I get that fast food is juggling mobile orders and in person orders. I really do get that. However, if you're going to struggle with the amount of mobile orders to the point of making in-person customers wait a ridiculous amount of time, hire more people. Assign 1 or 2 employees to mobile, and 1 to the counter. There has now been multiple times where the screen is lit up with mobile orders, but there's a line at the counter being ignored.
