What happened today at Dunkin’ Donuts was absolutely unacceptable! The person who handled my order was very pleasant however, when I received my donuts, not only was there barely any icing on them, but when I tried to call the store to tell them about the donuts, the phone was answered three times and I was disconnected all three times without ever speaking to anyone. I love everyone who works at this Dunkin location but Aubrey is my girl. She makes my Iced Cappuccinos with two shots of French vanilla PERFECT. I come here daily and she is the only one who knows how to make it correct and It is always consistent, it always taste the same and it is delicious! I know when she’s not working because it’s not right. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful here. I don’t go anywhere else. Happy New Year!
