Munchkins for days.
Was here Monday July 28th, got the two wake-up wraps and coffee deal. I asked to substitute the sweet tea for the coffee, they obliged me for breakfast and because proximity to my job site that day I returned for lunch and did the same thing again. (Don’t judge me for eating four wake up wraps i’m on a protein based diet lol) Come back July 29th and the ignorant brat working that morning had zero personality was super rude as she told me “they’ve never done that substitution”, i’ll keep my money. Top notch Dunkin. Was great. Except I got half of what I ordered. They owe me a combo.
The customer service was horrible, the lady at the window didn’t know anything about the menu. They didn’t have barely any of the donuts according to her. We asked for a Americano with light cream and she acted as if we asked a foreign question, so we told her how much creamer and she said okay so how much because they don’t come with any which is not true .
