Very friendly people good food and coffee
Deleted my previous review about my food that was just thrown into a bag to leave a new review! Code : PRODUNKTIVITY can not be used because it’s reached its limit. That seems like a Dunkin problem not a customer problem. I canceled my order and will just drink coffee at home because of this. This might not be a store location issue but it’s def an issue for corporate
Staff literally wouldn’t help me place an order, I waited for several minutes no one would help me they just frantically blurted words at me. Employees were extremely rude. Worst service I have ever received, i recommend going anywhere else.
Dunkin’ Donuts has the worst customer service. I paid for a drink and as they were handing me the drink out of drive thru window they mentioned they didn’t have the correct ingredients for the drink. They never offered anything else or asked if that was alright.. they just handed it to me.
Ordered a bagel. Asked it be toasted. Obviously it was not. It was microwaved. Blob of cream cheese No napkins. Bagel was old and hard. Coffee was good. Disappointed.
