I can't say it enough. I love Dunkin donuts
As the last reviews point out, worker was motionless. We came in around 3 pm in October 19th, 2025. One person was sitting in the dining room, it wasn't busy. The rest of the tables were filthy dirty. Also heard lots of loud joking in the back kitchen. Very unprofessional Dunkin. No reason for the tables to be dirty when there is hardly anyone there.
How about maybe a hello or good morning or can I take your order please? Nope. Employee comes to the counter stares at me emotionless says absolutely nothing. What I do order she gives me the wrong coffee. Not a fan of Dunkin' Donuts regular Brew at all but the dark roast is pretty good which I did not receive. Have it your way is that a thing at DD
EDITED: HONESTLY IT HURTS TO WRITE THIS BAD COMMENT BUT UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS DUNKIN PEARL RD IS GOING DOWNHILL. AT ONE POINT THEY HAD 6-8 EMPLOYEES INSIDE ,NOW ALL THEY HAVE ARE 2 PLUS ONE IN TRAINING WHO HAS NO CLUE WHATS HAPPENING.THE EMPLOYEES ARE OVERWHELMED & TIRED IVE RAISED THIS ISSUE WITH MULTIPLE EMAILS TO UPPER MANAGEMENT WITH ONLY A SIMPLE RESPONSE OF THANKS FOR YOUR FEEDBACK.
