Really glad the DD I normally order from is open again because this one and some of the other locations are horrible. Waited almost 30 mins for ONE drink yesterday (that I ordered ahead of time through the app,) and that was with their screen for mobile orders saying it was ready when I walked in. Myself and another customer were just stared at by the employees with zero acknowledgement/they were too busy talking to each other. Staff was great
Very helpful and friendly
whoever is working there right now does not know how to handle orders. I dropped my two daughters off to get four copies at 7 o’clock. They didn’t come out till 7:30 AM and I watched at least 10 other people come out with coffees that walked in after that. Terrible service.
