I was charged for items i didn’t order and pointed it out but they didn’t try to take the item off on top of that the items were not even made correctly and i had to have them remake it 3 times for them to tell me to go to the front they will bring it out 20 minutes later no one shows im never coming again
Apparently because they got a “drive thru timer” ya aren’t allowed to take a moment to read the menu. Don’t see the point of having one posted up if you expect every customer coming through to have a menu memorized. This is not our home Dunkin & we weren’t given any grace to look at what we wanted, told maybe we should have gone inside (God forbid we use the drive thru that’s there for the purpose of not having to get out). The manager is rude. She wears a black head wrap with long lashes and rude as ever. I don’t see how you guys allow this type of behavior.
