The pace and attitudes of the employees has improved for me overall when I run there to grab my husband coffee as a treat. BUT as an UNsweetened tea drinker I think I’ve finally learned my lesson of throwing money away here. 8 out of 10 times my UNsweetened tea either tastes like coffee or a super diluted sweet tea. Never JUST tea. It’s really as simple as rinsing out the machines before brewing unsweetened tea. I’m embarrassed to say how much money I’ve wasted on gross teas here.
I don’t know how you go to a coffee shop, order a coffee and they forget to put the coffee in your drink, but here we are. Ordered an iced caramel latte and got caramel flavored milk. No coffee.
Didn’t have the Midnight coffee.
Went here earlier today through the drive thru and the barista said " Welcome to Dunkin where the hot girls drink" best Dunkin greetings ever🤭✌️. Great customer service and the matcha drink was good. Thank you Dunkin :) " where the hot girls drink"
