Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a bacon avocado toast at 7 am. Got home there’s no bacon. We live quite a bit away from this location. So I called, no answer. When I had a free minute from my work schedule I drove over at 10:30. Told the young man at the window with the colorful hair that my order is missing bacon. He asked if I just ordered it, I said no it was at 7 this morning. He then looks at the time and says…. I have to ask my manager if we can remake it?? Excuse me? IF??? Rolled in for my 6pm decaf ice coffee with cream and Stevia. It did not disappoint. Great customer service from the window lady, and tasty brew. 10 outta 10. I would recommend.
