Horrible customer service
I had a very disappointing experience at your location today around 11:15 AM. The young man working the drive-thru window was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I ordered hash browns and a matcha latte. The hash browns were cold and tasted old not up to your usual standard. As for the matcha, I had requested it with vanilla, but no one at the speaker mentioned that vanilla wasn’t available. Instead, I was given French vanilla, which I dislike. The employee didn’t seem to care they were working and attempted to fight an off employee or someone who had came up there one of the employees (was light skin) was very kind and nice she tried to keep everything running while the other girl didn’t seem to care
They never have any donuts BUT THEY ARE LITERALLY DUNKIN’ DONUTS!!! Like this makes no sense whatsoever… anyway the people are super kind and sweet and the food is amazing the store is also super clean A+. Love you dunkin BUT DO BETTER PLEASE
